These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of unreelinc.com (the “Site”), the Prompt Vault store, and any content or services offered through them by UNREEL LLC (“Unreel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Site
The Site presents Unreel’s creative studio, characters, and campaigns, and sells digital products through the Prompt Vault. Much of the content on the Site, including characters, images, and video, is AI-generated or AI-assisted and is presented as creative work, not as depictions of real people or events unless stated.
2. Prompt Vault purchases
Prompt Vault products are digital files (prompts, templates, and related materials) delivered by download link or email after payment. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own projects, including commercial projects. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product.
Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund it.
3. Studio services
Creative and production services described on the Site are provided under separate written agreements. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on fixed terms, and estimates or timelines shown are illustrative.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, the Prompt Vault, and all characters, names, images, video, text, logos, and designs on them, including Unreel’s original characters, belong to UNREEL LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the license in section 2, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Brand names and logos shown as partners or clients belong to their owners.
5. Your submissions
Messages you send through the Site’s contact form or by email may be used to respond to you and to evaluate a potential project. Do not send confidential information or material you do not have the right to share.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape or bulk-download its content, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, or use the Site for anything unlawful.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and is hosted on Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and the Prompt Vault products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNREEL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify UNREEL LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the files in violation of section 2.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
